Those rivers that flow throughout this Continent have to go somewhere, and as it worked out this is how imports and exports get around. Not only for this area, but for the other areas around the Digital World as well. There isn't anything too special about this small area, minus the boats that travel to and from this particular area. Though one may get a nice view of the water and even some warmth if it is on one of the better, and sunnier side of things.
