- courage - though she certainly isn’t afraid to throw herself into danger, having a brave streak when it comes to physical acts and risks, her courage when it comes to opening up to people is lacking and something that needs to grow and bloom.

OKAY, WHY DON'T YOU TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR FABULOUS SELF?
[/color][/center]cunning & intelligent - One thing to know about Sydney is that she’s a very smart and witty young woman, it isn’t a rare occurrence for her to come up with some genius little plan or speech which pops up from within her mind. She also has a rather cunning side to her, sly like a fox, she can come up with mischievous plots and isn’t afraid to go through with them either. The majority of the time those little cunning thoughts are directed at herself only, as well as her digimon partner and often uses her knowledge and intelligence for her own selfish gain instead of using them to help others.
brave & reckless - Sydney has a rather brave head on her shoulders, well, when it comes to physical danger anyway. She wouldn’t think twice about doing something potentially life threatening, if it would be to her advantage, which others would see as rather reckless and stupid. Honestly she does think things through though before, or during, she jumps into the action. She gets a bit of a thrill when doing something potentially risky and therefore, is a little bit of an adrenaline junkie, who enjoys the thrill of doing something dangerous, besides with that courageous head on her shoulders she doesn’t really worry about the consequences, especially considering she tends to think things through anyway. Most of the time.
manipulative - When it comes to getting something that she wants, Sydney isn’t afraid to become a tiny bit manipulative to get it. She wouldn’t harbour any ill feelings for twisting someone around her finger, playing the victim, lying and generally being the general ‘bad guy’ or ‘good guy’ in a situation. She has a knack for acting and plays it to her completely advantage for her own selfish gain. This skill would prove to be pretty interesting in the real world, in the form of being an actress, but she isn’t there anymore so therefore, she puts it to use in a less than chivalrous way.
selfish & caring - If you hadn’t guessed already, Sydney is a rather selfish young woman who tends to think more about herself than anyone else. She honestly doesn’t really give a toss about what is going on in the digital world and simply wonders around, entertaining herself in whatever way possible, doing what she wants and getting what she wants by any means possible. If it came to a dangerous situation which involved more people than her, its more likely that she would save herself than the others. However, towards those that she likes, or holds close to her, she can be a rather caring person and though she sometimes finds it difficult to show, she cares in her own way and is shown through quiet words and subtle actions. The only one she really cares for right now is her digimon, considering it’s been with her in this world from the start and she has grown to give it her utmost trust.
self destructive - When she was still in the human world Sydney found out that she was actually adopted and wasn’t actually her father’s real birth daughter, the effects of that still run within her to this day shown through a self-destructive behaviour. This is where, if Sydney is given a real huge opportunity, one that is of utmost importance and could lead to her becoming a better person over all, she tends to mess it up on purpose in a big way and ultimately, shoot it down. Therefore destroying any chance of her having a better life and becoming a better person. This is simply because she doesn’t believe she is good enough, stemming from her revelation she was adopted, she believes she doesn’t deserve it and that she will just mess it up, therefore destroying it before she has a chance to royally screw things up.
emotionally distant & fearful - Going deeper back into her personality, Sydney is actually a rather fearful girl when it comes to interacting with others because she is afraid that she’ll get hurt, which is the reason why she looks out only for herself and keeps an emotional arms length away from people. This is from the pain of her adoption, she doesn’t want to be hurt like that again because naturally, when she found out she was shocked and hurt from the revelation. Therefore, she keeps people away because she is afraid they will come to hurt her too and she doesn’t want to feel that way again. Though she can be a friendly and upbeat person to be around, emotionally, she will not become attached or become forward or expressive about her emotions, locking herself away from anyone become of this fear within her that people are going to hurt her if she opens up.
